This complete proposal is based on a visit to one of the most beautiful and special areas of Cantabria, the Pasiegos Valleys.

We will visit a house where sobaos, the most typical and beloved sweet of the Cantabrians, are handmade.

Or, if the group wishes, there is the option of visiting, instead of the sobaos elaboration, a wonderful cheese factory where we will taste their cheeses accompanied with Cantabrian drinks such as cider or wine.

We will eat typical food and we will go to a winery where we will see the vineyard and after an explanation about the elaboration of the wines, we will do a brief tasting of them, after which we will return to Santander.
